(一)A new interpretation of clinical functions for the application of dynamic flat panel detector:
In order to ensure excellent image quality, iRF100G is equipped with the latest specification of dynamic high-speed detector. The acquisition FOV of the detector is 43×43cm. It seperates fluoroscopy, photography and imaging from the circular FOV. At the same time, it combines with source image distance of 180cm for chest examination. Therefore we called it all-in-one unit.
It meets the functions of fluoroscopy, angiography, digital radiography and digital spot film. It realizes the acquisition of dynamic, larger and clearer images by flat panel detector. The imaging of the whole colon and esophagus can be made by just taking one exposure. The synchronous digital radiography under the mode of fluoroscopy positioning can be achieved. In addition, it has advanced clinical applications such as long bone stitching, DSA, digital tomography and fusion tomography.
(二)Real image restoration for the application of dynamic flat panel detector
The dynamic flat panel detector equipped with iRF100G has a density resolution of 16bits, which is 4 times of general DR equipment (The density resolution of DR equipment is 14 bits) and 16 times of the digital RF unit(The density resolution of RF unit is 12 bits). It finds the small density difference between normal tissues and pathological tissues in the lung which will help for improving the diagnosis rate of lung cancer. The spatial resolution of flat panel detector on OPERA FP is not less than 3.6 LP/mm. It will bring help for checking bone structure and the tiny changes in area. Wide dynamic range collect more information on the joint and soft tissue for further improving the accuracy of diagnosis.
(三)Large FOV acquisition for the application of dynamic flat panel detector
IRF100G is equipped with a dynamic flat panel detector, which has a wider FOV of 43×43cm. It is without any distortion or uneven contrast and brightness in image intensifier.
The large FOV size image(43×43cm) is very clear. The imaging of the whole colon and esophagus will be completed by just taking one exposure. It is better for taking exposure on chest examination for the obesity. Compared with 16 inch image intensifier, It has a larger field of view and higher pixel density.
Compared with tranditional circle FOV, matrix FOV extends the imaging area of the detector. More importantly, flat panel detector has linear detect surface. Each pixel has the same character. The resolution and contrast in each area is same.
Compared with the image intensifier, there is no interference(such as pillow distortion, "s-shaped" distortion, center point deviation) and no effect of magnetic field of flat panel detector. It is more helpful for accurate measurement with real higher restoration of the image.
(四)Advanced clinical application for using dynamic flat panel detector
1,DSA function
GMM OPERA FP belongs to Class Three medical equipment. It has DSA function. It is convenient for the hospital to carry out blood interventional treatment.
2,Auto stitching function
The stitching function adopted by iRF100G has the characteristics of high speed and low dose. Images with the highest accuracy and the largest range will be completed in only 18-25 seconds. At the same time, It has the lowest dose which is equivalent to four times exposure by DR unit.

The table of OPERA FP adopts computer control system. The mechanical system coordinates the control of DC conversion and silent motor through digital circuit for the purpose of realizing continous variable transmission.
Moving the joystick to a higher angle-Column will move at the higher speed to ensure the efficiency of wide range of movement. It applies to the high-speed movement and continuous acquisition of lower limb venography and makes it possible for tracking the high-speed flow of contrast medium.
Moving the joystick to a lower angle-Collumn will move at the lower speed to ensure the accurate position in a small range of movement. In addition, low speed movement has clinical significance on improving image quality and reducing the loading time of computer processing system.
